Customer Profile Creation

This page will provide you step by step instructions on how to create a customer profile in the POS system.

Step 1: To create or to edit/update an existing customer profile, select the three parallel bars located at the bottom left hand side of the register home screen. Then select “Customers”.

Notes can be the following: specific music genres they like, favourite alcohol and axe, etc.

Step 4: Enter the guest’s information. Only information that we need at this time would be their phone number, email and credit card information. Then select save.

Step 2: If you would like to edit/update a customer profile, select the desired customer. From here, you can edit their personal and credit card information, and also add notes about the customer (see next screenshot).

Step 3: If you want to create a new customer profile, select the three horizontal dots located beside “Customers” on the top left hand side of the POS. The select “Create New Customer” from the drop down menu.
