How many people can I have in my party?
You can have up to 45 people in your party. We suggest a minimum of 6 people as we have a minimum fee of 6 people.
How early can I arrive for my schedule event?
The earliest you can arrive is 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you need to arrive early for set-up purposes, please request this during the booking process.
What is your late or cancelation policy?
If you are late for your event, please email us as soon as possible updating us on your current situtation. All parties that are 30 minutes late will be canceled and will forfeit their deposit. If you arrive late, your booking will continue as scheduled. There will be no additional time granted for throwing.
What are minimum lane fees?
Our rate to participate in axe throwing is $34.99+HST per person. We do have minimum lane fees associated with our booking sizes. These fees have been created for staffing purposes and to ensure that the booking process is fair for everyone. If you book for 6-15 people, and less than 6 arrive, you will be charged a minimum of 6 people. If you book for 16-25 people, and less than 16 arrive, you will be charged a minimum of 16 people. If you book for 26-35 people, and less than 26 arrive, you will be charged a minimum of 26 people. If you book for 36-45 people, and less than 36 arrive, you will be charged a minimum of 36 people. What if my reservation group size changes?
Please send us an email to let us know 48 hours prior to your booking. If your booking is over 16 people and your number changes less than 48 hours before your booking, you will be charged for the minimum lane assignment fee. Do you offer complimentary birthday cakes?
Yes. We offer complimentary birthday cakes for our bookings. Let us know who’s birthday it is and if you prefer chocolate or vanilla. All cakes must be requested 1 week in advance.
Do you offer prizes?
No. Guests are welcome to organize their own prizes for the party/event. Let us know what prizes you would like to bring during the booking process.
Do you take photos?
Yes. We take group photos once your party is finished. We upload our photos to our Facebook page every two weeks. If you do not have Facebook, let us know and we can arrange to have them emailed to you.
