We have a great team of judges (instructors) and admin with a passion for axe throwing and over 60 years of experience in the coaching and serving industry. We focus on creating an epic time for everyone by building a fun and lighthearted environment through sharing names, stories and smiles. We are dedicated to creating an epic time for everyone. Our team loves to have fun but also takes axe throwing seriously by providing coaching and instruction for our guests. We have a lot of fun and offer flexible hours!

Position overview(s)

Judge

info

  • Potential average earnings from $25-$40/hour!

  • Judges are responsible for leading our axe throwing bookings. They prepare the facility and throwing space for each booking, take payments, host our guests through the entire booking process, and are responsible for creating an amazing time for our guests! Everything you need to know will be taught in our on-boarding process!

Responsibilities/SKILLS

  • Excellent customer service.

  • Guest management.

  • Ability to instruct/help guests.

  • Alcohol sales.

  • Financial management.

  • Facility cleaning and maintenance.

  • Minimum availability: 2 weekday shifts (Monday-Friday starting between 3pm-8pm) and 1 weekend shift (Saturday-Sunday starting 12pm-8pm).

Certification Requirements

  • CPR and First Aid + AED

  • Smart Serve

  • WHMIS

  • AODA Training



Admin

  • Full time salaried position!

  • Administrators are responsible for ensuring our operation runs as smoothly as possible. They take care of customer service inquiries, schedule bookings, organize staff, ensure the facility is maintained, and take on individual project work where necessary! We are looking for motivated, friendly, and organized individuals!

Responsibilities/SKILLS

  • Excellent customer service.

  • Digital Management: Emailing, scheduling, and software management.

  • Phone calls.

  • Facility cleaning and maintenance.

  • Project work.

Certification Requirements

  • CPR and First Aid + AED

  • Smart Serve

  • WHMIS

  • AODA Training

  • Competency with Google Sheets and Google Docs.
